当道場では、経験の有無に関わらず、どなたでも安心してご参加いただけます。
合気道が初めての方も、岩間流をこれから学び始める方も、すべては「一歩目」から始まります。
無理のないペースで、体術と武器の基礎を大切にしながら、丁寧に指導いたします。
それぞれの方が少しずつ自信を持てるようになることを、何よりも大切にしています。
やがて、さらに深く学びたいという気持ちが芽生えた際には、上原合気修練道場での稽古もご紹介しております。
そして最終的には、岩間の稽古へとつながっていく道を目指しています。
どうぞ安心して、一歩を踏み出してみてください。

A Place to Begin
Everyone is welcome at our dojo, regardless of experience.
Whether you are completely new to Aikido or beginning your journey in traditional Iwama practice, everything starts with a first step.
We place great importance on building strong fundamentals in both taijutsu and weapons, guiding each student carefully and at their own pace.
Our priority is to help you feel comfortable, progress naturally, and gain confidence over time.
As your interest deepens and you begin to seek greater challenges, we also encourage training at Uehara Aiki Shuren Dojo.
Ultimately, our aim is to prepare you for the path that leads to training in Iwama.
You are warmly welcome to begin, in a calm and supportive environment.

当道場は、岩間神信合氣修練会に所属する、東京にある伝統的な合氣道の道場です。
15歳以上の方であれば、初心者から経験者まで、男女問わずどなたでもご参加いただけます。
稽古内容は、体術はもちろん、剣・杖を使った武器技、そして武器取りまで、合氣道の基礎から応用までを幅広く学べるのが特徴です。伝統的な稽古を通じて、心と体を鍛えるとともに、技の深さと美しさを体感してください。
合氣道を始めたい方、もう一度本格的に学び直したい方、ぜひ一度見学にお越しください。東京で合氣道・武器技・武器取りをしっかり学びたい方を心よりお待ちしております。

About Okusawa Aikijuku
Our dojo, located in Tokyo, is a proud member of the Iwama Shinshin Aiki Shurenkai, a school dedicated to preserving and transmitting the traditional teachings of Aikido.
Anyone over the age of 15, regardless of gender or experience level, is warmly welcome — whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your training.
Our practice (keiko) includes:
• Taijutsu (empty-hand techniques)
• Bukiwaza (weapon techniques using sword and staff)
• Bukitori (empty-hand techniques against armed attackers)
Through consistent and traditional training, you will develop both mind and body, while discovering the depth and beauty of Aikido techniques.
If you’re interested in starting Aikido, or would like to reconnect with its traditional roots, feel free to visit us. We warmly welcome anyone looking to study Aikido, Bukiwaza, and Bukitori here in Tokyo.

只々、我々は開祖植芝盛平先生のご心技を大本としながら、父守弘の偉大な後姿を大切にし皆様と共有する事。
そして、開祖の肌の温もりを感じられる稽古を目標として基本を忠実に守り守破離に進んで行こうと考えております。
まず、仁弘自ら研鑽・努力してまいります。
