奥沢合氣塾は「伝統岩間流」の合氣道場で、岩間神信合氣修練会の本部道場「鍛錬館」に準ずる指導を行う。具体的には、武器技・体術を半々にした稽古になり、本部の教えと異なる技術の指導は基本的に行わない。昇段規定は本部に従う。

Okusawa Aikijuku is a member of the Iwama Shinshin Aiki Shurenkai organization. Training sessions strictly follows the teaching methods of the headquarter Dojo (Tanrenkan). Specifically, weapons and bare hand techniques are taught and practiced exactly as they are at the Honbu Dojo. Gradings requirements also strictly follows the headquarters requirements.
